SAMERA Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, as a small business, we can only accept returns under certain conditions.

We accept returns only for standard products and not pre-orders.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

🚫 We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Pre-Order Items 
  • Items that are marked as final sale
  • Hygiene-sensitive products 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sameraatelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue

• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

• Faulty items must be returned before a refund is issued

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at sameraatelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions

3. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

📌 Note: We are not responsible for lost return parcels, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Please use the size descriptions, product descriptions when choosing an item. There is specific information in the item descriptions regarding each item. 

It is imperative that you measure and use your own measurements when purchasing custom items.  Do not rely on your 'usual' sizing. 

Please email sameraatelier@gmail.com with your measurements if you are at all unsure when placing your order as we would love to help you prior to checkout. 

Please be aware that due to the nature of natural fibres and digital printing, the printing can vary with each item.

SAMERA is not responsible for any damage done to items after purchase, including damage or faults caused by washing machines or laundry products, such as but not limited to stains, bleaching or dye leaking, or damage caused by contact with chemicals.
